I had an amazing customer service experience and wanted to share it. From the moment I reached out, Marcus Spigner was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Even while the store was extremely busy, he took the time to thoroughly check inventory availability to make sure my needs were met. That level of care and attention is rare these days, and it truly made a difference. I highly recommend based on this experience—great service like this is what sets a company apart!

I had a great experience at the Micro Center in Fairfax. I came in looking for PLA, thermal paste, and Bambu extruders, and Juan Tapia was extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction without any confusion. His knowledge of the products was clear, and he made the entire process quick and efficient. It’s always appreciated when someone is both knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help. Because of Juan, my visit was smooth and productive. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases for our business!

This MicroCenter is so awesome. My NZXT Kraken AIO finally failed after 4 years and I was getting high temps on my PC even for nominal tasks. You have to talk to David Ingold if you want a physics lesson on why you should do Air Cooling vs AIO. I had a bit of a complicated issue but I was pretty sure I was just going to get an AIO, David showed me a budget option that accomplished my goals. I'm now enjoying way lower temps with my Arctic Assassin 120 LE Air Cooled fan and I plan to use it in my next build too! Not to mention, a lesson on why!

This is definitely one of my favorite electronics stores. As far as the type and variety of PC parts available, there really isn't another brick-and-mortar store that can compete. I've found that their prices are generally competitive with online retailers, and they have a lot of open-box deals that are genuinely good value. If you need something in a hurry it's hard to beat the value of having a brick-and-mortar retailer right there for your use. There are restrooms at this location, at the back of the store. Overall I'm glad there are a couple Microcenter locations in the DMV as an alternative to relying on online retailers.

It’s a well stocked Micro Center! Got everything needed for my build from here. Got a 4070 ti at msrp and then a 5070ti at msrp too!

Update 5/19/2026 I brought the computer back to them and they worked their magic and got it running any game I have now smoothly. Appreciate them looking put and taking care of it all. Sucks I had to make multiple trips to get it fixed, other than that, great service. I came in, told 2 diffrent sales guys I wanted a gaming computer that can run any game no problems, youtube, and internet. Spend over $2700 on a custom build, and I cant even play games like fortnight or counter-strike, or call of duty without graphics of green waves or freezing, or black screens during loading. Very unhappy with the purchase and experience. Now I gotta take the whole PC back to them which is an hour and a half round trip to see why its not working properly.

Hands down the best electronics store in NOVa. Customer service is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought many things here over the past few years and I have always been happy with their selection. And their return policy is very generous if you are not satisfied with the product. A shoutout to microcenter team in Fairfax and Charles the supervisor that helped me with my MacBook Pro exchange. I drive here all the way from Aldie cause I want to keep supporting them and their selection/prices are always the lowest, if they aren't they will price match.

Micro Center in Frederick is hands-down the best tech store around. The selection is absolutely massive: rows upon rows of the latest CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, cases, peripherals, and even hard-to-find components that are impossible to get anywhere else without waiting weeks for shipping. Prices are consistently better than Best Buy or online scalpers, and they had some killer bundle deals on my latest PC build. The staff are genuine enthusiasts who actually know their stuff—no pushy sales tactics, just helpful, patient advice whether you’re a first-time builder or upgrading a high-end rig. Store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. In-and-out was quick even on a busy Saturday. If you’re anywhere near Frederick and into PCs, gaming, or just need real tech support instead of generic big-box help, this place is a must-visit. Easily 5 stars—I’ll be back every time I need parts! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Micro Center Frederick, you rock! 🚀

Holy customer service. I came in looking for an sd card for my camera immediately Ramesh came up and went above and beyond showing me the different types of sd cards and which one suits me. After that at the register a very fast typing gentleman helped me checkout. It was also my first time here. I love this place.

The amazing store for anything tech. I feel like I'm standing in a location that is making the last stand on having supplies, parts and more for whatever you need in a brick and mortar location without shopping online. Some of the stuff I saw inside there I haven't seen since my days shopping for parts at radio shack (yes I'm old). Worth driving 4 hours just to get to this place. Wish there was a store more local to where I live.
